“We received your cancellation request” and I NEVER cancelled

I cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service. I am
Working from home like everyone else- Internet has never been more critical. I got an email saying they received my cancellation request and today is my last day of services. I did not make this request. When I login online, in my account it says they received the request. Can a Comcast rep please help asap and stop this cancellation request???

I got this exact same message. It seems after tonight I won't have internet access, so I'm rushing to type this out in the hope something can be done. Did a quick google and it looks like we're not the only ones to have this problem... Hope a comcast representative can get both our cases sorted out.

If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers. The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
