we need Xfinity in millington 300 new constructed homes the internet is terrible here
hi ,
I dont know who I need to contact. the representatives out here and get them in contact with the reps from Xfinity but, Millington TN is so far behind its ridiculous. after the building of 300 houses and all the families of all ages coming here it should be a crime that you drive 10 minutes away and the internet provider is Xfinity. you drive into millington and its in the stone ages. if too many people join the phone provider cell tower/ 5g internet services it the most terrible thing in the world. the slowest turtle internet I've ever had the misfortune to use in my life. my family moved here 5 months ago and the signals drop constantly and makes you dread that we are in the streaming stages of life . with everything being online . shopping, my classes online assignments, entertainment. I haven't had a successful internet browse experice since unfortunately moving here I've tried att, T-Mobile they all fail I'm tired of all this switching. who can I contact to get a contract to move them to millington Memphis is literally right there and the fact that I feel like I moved to the stone ages coming here. I feel like I've moved backwards, I've never had to worry about pages taking 5 minutes to load or pages not loading at all, streaming services buffering and crashing or the box completely stops working. I use to have 10 plus devices connected to my old modem no issues. if our phones and a TV are connected it crashes out. I feel like I'm going insane all these new constructions and you can tell this backwards country town cant handle all these changes. I dont know If their are older people in the council or on the board for decisions but even my family within the city lose service out here when they come over. I honestly wanna sell this house and go back to the future but the crime in Memphis is unbearable and I wanted my family safe. I feel like I made a mistake I cant even work or check my schedule online because it crashes so much.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@LiyahJ95, Thanks for reaching out in reguards to getting service at your new home. The most we can do is put in a ticket to see if we can reach the area, but if we don't have a footprint yet, you many need to seek assistance at your town hall. I'm not saying there is, but there may be a limitation that blocks us from getting into the town. For now, let me see what I can find out about service in your area.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
