We need to report to Business authority and sue
My data went up 30 Giga never used and they are charging me $676 for an amount of data that I really don’t use this is suspicious with this company if interested send via text to this number [Edited: "Personal Information"] this just happened when I talked yesterday 05/18/2024 and I explained to the agent putting my complaint about it and I said you never sent me a text or email telling me about my usage this really strange and guess what today they started doing this. Or they are going to file for bankruptcy and are trying to get people’s money on purpose or something is going on. We need an auditory, Business bureau aware of this and proceed legally. People friends and others know about this, in case they try to do something funny with my account or wherever they have in mind.
