We have 2 accounts, why can't we have one bill?
For 2 years, YES 2 years, we have been attempting to get both of our Xfinity bills sent to us on one bill, at the same time. We have put this request in writing EVERY time we pay our bill. And nothing. No response, no action. We have made many, many attempts to speak to someone on the phone at customer service and it is absolutely impossible to speak to a person. The automated system is useless.
We went to our local Xfinity store and they won't allow customers in the store. They are doing business outside on the sidewalk, at tables. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT? So, we came home.
Why can't Xfinity put both of our accounts on one bill and send it to us at the same time each month? Why is that so difficult for Xfinity to understand?????
