We appreciate your interest in XFINITY service and would be happy to help set you up with an account and plan that suit your needs and budget. We will first need to verify if your address is in a Comcast serviceable area. If so, we can proceed with collecting your information as well as asking some questions regarding the services you are interested in to find the best offer for you. If your address is not in our system, we'll be happy to get a ticket submitted over to our dedicated serviceability team. Rest assured, our team is here to help make setting up service as seamless as possible. 

 

To get started, we will need to collect some sensitive information. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your name and address including any applicable unit or apartment numbers and zip code?

 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
