We can't offer you rewards right now
When I click on the Rewards link, which takes me to here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/rewards
it displays this message below. But as I mentioned in the subject, I have had Xfinity home and also 4 mobile phone lines. I believe that should make me eligible. The FAQ page reads " You must be at least 18 years old and be the primary user on a current Xfinity account in good standing." I meet all of those requirements. The specific message I see on the Rewards page I paste below.
Note that I write a message to support and they said it would take up to 14 days for someone to get back to me. That's pretty awful.
