We can't offer you rewards right now - Worked before

Been a customer almost 1 year, but still can't able to fix this problem when I click on the Rewards. I was certainly eligible as this was working initially, but never worked since then.

I always get an error "We can't offer you rewards right now", never benefited from the rewards perks.

Anyone ever faced this issue and got it resolved?
