We are trying to upgrade my DVR service to increase our storage.

I need a little help. The last few days were are trying to get the Premium DVR service, so we have the highest storage for recordings. I have spoke/chatted with a few  different people. I was told to return one of my boxes at the local Xfinity store and upgrade the DVR plan.  I did this, this morning, returned the little box to get a new bigger one and told the lady I wanted the higher drv package. I thinks she said 130 hours?   I get home set the box up very easily. I look at my recording and it says were are over 40% with 1 week use and that should not be that high. That was the old storage. Clearly nobody hit the button to give us more recording space. I tried to call the 800 , I was forwarded to the xfinity assistant who could not understand upgrading dvr service.   We have had this new service less than 2 weeks. What am I doing wrong? can anyone give me advice on how to get our dvr service upgraded. My account doesn't even show premium dvr service like the person last night said it was called.  I just need some help.

Thank you our current plans come with 20 hours of DVR cloud storage for free, to ad Premium DVR service, it  includes 300 hours of Cloud storage and is available for $20 per month a la carte

 

So if you have the DVR box we  need to add the DVR codes to your account to get you the 300 hours with cloud DVR storage
