We are at a loss, lying Comcast employees and no concern for real people. We aren't just customers with bad attitudes.

Your customer service reps are liars.  There has to be some kind of accountability for this.  I have the accountability for showing up to work yet your employees (who tell lies) don't show up.  There are real people taking off from real jobs to make appointments that you schedule and then blow it off and give us lip service when we call and ask what [Edited: "Language"] is going on.  What am I supposed to tell my employer?  That I need to take 2 days off for xfinity cable service?

The customer service person on the phone stated that the service tech stated that "they could not gain access"?  What is that supposed to mean?  We have cameras recording 24/7 in the front of our house and annoying dogs that bark at any little bit of noise which would have been recorded on the cameras inside the house.  What is the excuse for this?  We can provide proof.  Can your lying employee provide proof that he was here? and attempted access or what ever that means?

Is there any accountability for lying, deception, false statements, fabricating words and dishonesty?  Do you employees get held to any of these kinds of standards?  Are these the kind of people you want inside of your house?  If they can lie about being outside/ with no "access", then they can deliberately make false statements while they are in your house.

We need a credit to our account for the inconvenience.  Who takes of 2 days of work for cable?  And for a liar?
