Water damage with install
Comcast damaged a water line under my driveway when installing cable internet. A tech drilled some kind of channel which damaged the line.
after 1:30 on the phone I got nowhere with the incompetent people on the other end. I need comcast to work with me in establishing the damage claim so this can all be sorted out.
