water damage claim

I’m reaching out to report property damage caused during a recent Xfinity service visit. A technician came out to dig and bury lines but accidentally punctured a water pipe on my property, which has now resulted in an active water leak.

I called the 1-800 number to report the issue, and the agent I spoke with said someone would follow up with me regarding a damage claim. However, I have yet to hear back from anyone.

This issue is time-sensitive, and I’d appreciate guidance on how to file a formal claim and what steps to take next. Please let me know what documentation is needed and who I can speak with directly to get this resolved.
