Watch list

I have several shows on my watch list that I have not watched, I believe from peacock. Have i been hacked?

@user_tlr8mp Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I would be happy to help you find what may have caused those shows to end up on your watched list. If you have multiple x1 boxes in your home they do communicate with each other. Is it possible that someone started watching one of those programs in another room of your house?

No, only my husband here.   Watched peacock last night for football game, went to bed, woke up and multiple episodes of Ted have been watched.

Okay, I would like to take a closer look at your account because that series just became available on 01/11/24. To get started, please send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
