Wasted 3 hours of my time

I just spent 3 hours online chatting with live agents. They supposedly were working to reduce my monthly payment for internet and tv service. Every time they were close to finishing to the agreed  new plan, I would get a new agent. I finally closed out the chat. Called the 800 number and cancelled my TV service.  What a joke....

I'm sorry to hear you ended up removing TV service, but wanted to let you know about our awesome new Now TV service for customers with internet only. It has popular live channels as well as On Demand content, and runs $20 per month. Here's a great article that has more on that service: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-tv-overview.
