Was told to DM Customer Service but my DM is unanswered

I changed my plan to one that provides a modem.  I have not received my modem.  I have been trying to get that modem shipped for more than six weeks.  My last post to this forum was answered with a "Please DM us..." response.  I did so and that's not being answered.

How do I get someone to deal with this?

user_h2sbkb Sorry to hear that you're having trouble reaching us. I apologize that I am not seeing a DM was sent to our Support team in the post last week, though I see another post and DM that we had replied to from roughly 2 weeks ago that we were awaiting your reply. Let's try sending a DM once more and we'll make sure that we get this equipment out to you.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityThomasD I cannot start a new conversation - it just opens my most recent one when I try making a  new conversation.

Are you able to reply in the previous DM?

Yes but if that one is active, why hasn't it been responded to?
