Was told Same day shipping yet I have not heard anything about it being shipped yet

I set up my services for my new apartment and the man on the phone GUARENTEED me same day shipping for my box to be at my door when I got home from work. I have yet to receive the notification that it has been shipped and highly doubt it is at my door. I am going to just go to the store and pick my device up. This is ridiculous
