Was something sent to my house?

I'm a new customer but did not order a Getting Started Kit, as I have my own equipment. However, I recieved emails from Xfinity saying they sent a package, and UPS says they delivered something that weighed 1 lb to my front door. I have not seen anything from Xfinity at my door, in my mailbox, or anywhere. Was something sent? What was it? Is there anything I can do besides open a claim with UPS?

UPDATE: We did get it, it's a padded envelope from "SIK Fulfillment" containing a single 3x5 card telling us to download the Xfinity app. Could have been an email LOL!
