Was I sent a scam/phishing email?

I was sent an email today that looked legit from xfinity@account.xfinity.com claiming that I cancelled services, I never did this and do not want to cancel services. Is this a phishing email? Additionally I tried using the xfinity assistance chat and I never was sent to an actual human it just kept going in circles. I need to ensure my services were not cancelled.

When you receive a certified Xfinity email communication there will be a Xfinity logo you can see before clicking on the email: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email

- Do you see a Xfinity logo (picture inside above link) before opening the email?
