Wanting to setup MoCA ethernet

I recently had a support tech come out to fix our router not working and they ended up going out to our comcast box in the backyard that the coax cables all go to and they said they unplugged it besides the one room the router is in since we no longer have cable and is no longer needed. I am wondering if there is a way I can schedule a tech to come out and reset them up or if it’s pretty straight forward to fix it as I’m wanting to get wired Ethernet in my room away from the router and just heard about MoCA Ethernet.
