Want to schedule a tech appointment at a new service address before installation

I'm not sure where to install the line for the Internet.

Good afternoon @user_9e63f3. Do you already have an installation scheduled? If so, the tech should be able to assist in getting a line installed in your home.

Nope. I have not had an installation scheduled because there's no such option when I register for the new Internet service.
