Want to remove xFi complete add-on from 2 year contract
I signed up for a 2 year contract internet plan that included xFi complete for 1 year. That 1 year has passed, and I would now like to remove xFi complete and use my own modem to avoid the $25 fee associated with xFi complete.
Please advise me how I might remove the xFi complete add-on and still maintain my current contract.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Hello. I also have this issue, and I cannot seem to locate the Direct Messaging icon so I cannot even get started.
I tried everything I could to utilize the Xfinity app, and but kept going in circles between the FAQ pages, and bot auto-responses.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
