Want to pickup xfigateway at xfinity store
Hello,
I would like to pickup my xfi gateway at an xfinity store instead of having it mailed to me. When purchasing my internet plan there wasn't an option to select for pickup at store. Instead I chose delayed shipping with the hope that I could pick it up before it shipped. Unfortunately I got a message the day after I placed my order that it had shipped even though I had intentionally delayed it.

I'm happy to look into the shipment but we won't be able to halt what is already in motion. If you'd rather pick up your equipment, once the shipped one arrives it can be returned at the Xfinity Store to be removed from your account. If you'd like to have me look into the shipment, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
