This was the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. I’ve been without Internet for five days. I’ve spoken to three supervisors. Numerous agents have been lied to told that I was having someone come out to find out that they didn’t even do a ticket on it and that was a supervisor. The second one I talked to you get absolutely nowhere with them. You’re nothing but a number. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.
