Want to keep my email address after cancelling Internet but keeping TV and Phone

I don't seem to quickly see clear answer to this.

I presently have Xfinity cable TV, Phone (VOIP) and Internet as well as one each email address for my wife and me.

If we cancel the Xfinity Internet (because we have fiber) and keep the TV and phone, will our email addresses and the storage on the servers etc. be unaffected? In other words:

  1. Will we continue to be able to both log into the Xfinity web portal and see / respond to emails via browser, AND
  2. Will we continue to be able to use our email clients (Outlook) to access emails directly from the mail servers?

Thanks in advance.

Hi there, @wa_moses Thank you for your reply. If you cancel Xfinity Internet you would not be able to keep your Xfinity Voice since Xfinity Internet is needed for that service. Yes, if you keep your Xfinity TV and Voice services, your Xfinity email addresses and stored data will be unaffected, provided you meet certain conditions. You will continue to have full access via the web portal and third-party email clients like Outlook.-Richard

Thanks for the swift reply, Richard.

My wife has her reasons for wanting to keep the Voice service. However, I’m not interested in paying for an Internet plan twice.

Is there an ultra cheap Internet plan that we can switch to so that we can maintain the Voice service?

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
