Wanna post a damage claim in the forum how to get me started please

Had a brand new driveway asphalt that was 10 days old put in May 16, 2026 Comcast bored under my driveway to relocate service May 26. They left a  8“ x 8“ hole that caved in my new driveway and the whole width of driveway has a buckled up speed bump like called that Day they told me that they were sending out a field rep to look at it never came called several other times never came file. The damage claim kept closing it out four times and I got another damage cable opened up had some emailed the Guy pictures. he said he was sending the damage claim. Haven’t heard anything back then I called back and someone else closes out. They’re just <Edited: Inappropriate Language> me around. I have proof picture of the camera the guy driving over to try to flatten down the speed bump pictures of it and receipts that show that the date that it was installed by the Asphalt contractor still no response so I wanna talk field operations or damage team and they say all I can handle it certain than they keep hanging up on me
