WAN port on Modem dead - how to reach an agent

Wan port died on modem, and I can't get a hold of anyone at Comcast. Their service keeps wanting me to reboot the modem. Chat help says no one is available, and this loop keeps going round and round. It seems Xfinity support is non existent. Does anyone have a number that actually gets someone on the phone other than their standard support number? Perhaps someone on a "We're On It" team?,Oor hopefully an Xfinty rep will see this and reach out. Thanks.
