waitlist

I have an appoint already. Was placed on waitlist 2 days ago. Now I'm no longer on the waitlist. How do I get back on? I'd like to be on the waitlist every day until my appointment.

Glad to hear you were able to get added back on. And I agree with you. I wish you could just add your name to just the day, and then you decide if the time that opens up is adequate or not. That may have been what happened. That the time slot you originally signed up for had expired.

That is odd you are no longer on the waitlist. I wonder if your appointment was canceled and the rewritten. You can put yourself back on the waitlist by following the instructions at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/appointment-waitlist

Thanks! That was too simple. It's too bad you can't sign up for all times and all days prior to the scheduled appointment. At least I'm back on the list!

Agreed, it did expire. They just don't tell you to keep signing up if the time passes. I'll keep this in mind for any future issues. Thanks again!
