Waitlist question

To make a long story short, I’ve lived in my new home for a week and have had two failed installations, one self service, the other a technician.

I was told by support today that I need to schedule and pay for a professional install, which at this point is fine if it gets it turned on, but the soonest they had was a week from now, making two weeks without internet as a remote employee.

My question is this: can I sign up for entire days on the waitlist? I will be at home anyway, and signing up for one time slot per day really seems like it’s more of a random chance than a waitlist.

Thanks for any help!

Hi there,, @user_8s2iod Thank you so much for reaching out to us here on Xfinity Forums. I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing as a remote employee, I know how frustrating this is for you. You would only unfortunately be able to sign up for a time slot and not for the day.-Richard
