Waiting to pick up equipment

Yesterday I ordered xfinity internet. I chose the pickup equipment option, and the website said it would be ready within the hour. However it is not ready yet and I am waiting to have wifi for my new place. When will the equipment be ready for pickup?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us about your device pickup. What makes you think the equipment isn't currently ready to be picked up at one of our service centers? As soon as our system has the order in it, you should have gotten a notification of the order for your records soon after, and that's all that is needed. From that point on, you just need to go into a service center and provide them the address to locate the order to provide you with the equipment.
