Waiting for eternity just Not to accomplish anything.

AI hung up on me twice do to it's coding (block All customers from talking to humans), I was able to trick it to letting me talk to a person. This guy couldn't fix my issue (DVR magically won't record any sports but will record everything else), but he transferred me to Tech Support. Where I waited for 30 plus minutes, than someone answered but did not say anything for 20 minutes. Finally they hung up, 1:45 minutes I waited, still paying $200+ monthly for not fully working service.
