Waiting for CS Resolution

Rate 1 out of 10.  50 minutes and I am still waiting for Customer Service reolution. COMCAST HAS NO RESPECT FOR HOW LONG THE CLIENTS HAVE TO BE ON THE PHONE. I have explained the issue 3 times to the guy.  He seems Filipino and does not understand, keeps calling me the wrong name, and when I asked to finally escalate, he said he would help and I wait, and then he say he can't transfer  me to his boss, and then he transfers me somewhere else............ Good luck!
