Voicemail set up pin needed

I have a new motor stylus 5g and the voicemail is not set up. I still have T-Mobile voicemail and I can get into it to check messages

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_7gdwhu! If the voicemail has not been setting up, please dial *86 from your phone and then follow the prompts to set up/change your PIN.

If dialing *86 states there is a voicemail pin already set up, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address. Our team can assist with resetting the voicemail pin. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

The voicemail says it's still with T-Mobile. Is there an Xfinity voicemail app I should download before dialing*86?

Great question @user_7gdwhu! The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app is for older Android devices. The Stylus 5G would not use this app for voicemail. Newer android phones should have a pre-installed Voicemail app. Please sign out of this app and then sign in with your Primary Xfinity username and password.
