Voicemail claiming to be from Comcast advanced technical support

"New voicemail from +1 855-4... (00:24):

Dear customer. Our system has identified a signal impairment inside your home wiring Network. We need to schedule a convenient no-cost technician visit to ensure you continue to enjoy an interruption free Comcast textfinity service. Please give us a call at 1855-4....."

I did have a notification of network problems the same day so it could be legitimate or a coincidence. How can I verify if this is legitimate?
