Voice mail

I have voice mail with xfinity they set me up with their Voice messenger I have my own and I want too keep it that way.

I called Monday 06/03/24 too get rid of it. I called once the person I talked too said it will take 24 hrs ok. Then Thursday 06/06/24 came by and the light was beeping for the Voice mail

nevered got deleted so I went their in Person and talked too someone he said it will take 24 hrs fine Saturday came by 06/09 and It was still flashing. I am wondering has anyone had problems with that. If so what did you do too get it corrected
