I've had to type this three times. Fix your website, fix your customer support robot.T i need help setting up my visual voicemail

The Visual Voicemail app is no longer supported. Are you using an android phone? If so, we recommend using the Samsung Voicemail app for android mobile devices. 

 

What issues are you experiencing when setting up? What steps  are you taking?

There is no Samsung Voicemail App on android Galaxy 10+ phone one of most widely used phone in the world.   Pretty sad Xfinity mobile does not have a working voicemail app either theirs or another 3rd party app.  Same is true for a large number of Android phone with no Xfinity voicemail app support.  You have to manually dial *86 to get into voicemail or call your own number.  Every other mobile carrier has a working voicemail app for major android phones like the Samsung Galaxy 10 and 10+.  Pretty sad.

Btw, Xfinity front line support does not know the Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app is no longer supported and doesn’t work starting in 2023.  They tell you to go into a physical Xfinity service center which is a total waste of everyone’s time including the customer and mire Xfinity employees time.
