visa prepaid card not working
I received my gift card 11/21 and since then I have tried using it online, at the gas station ( pre-paying for gas inside ) as well as other various stores. All have rejected by card. As of this point I have one month left to use my $200 gift card but after contacting the company about the status of my card they claim there is a block on the card and try back in 24hours. I did that with the same result. I attempted to contact someone at xfinity but with their automated system it its almost impossible to get anything resolved. I am certain my response to this will be to direct me to another automated system that will be another dead end. I just want to resolve this issue and get the $200 that was promised me when signing up for service thru xfinity.

My Xfinity $100 promotional gift card is also not working. It expires soon. I've tried it on several different websites. Please help.

Same here. My card keeps getting declined for online purchases as well as in person shopping. I have activated it. Online shows a balance of $100.. Xfinity is sending me a new card (7-10 days). I'll update if this fixes the problem.
