visa prepaid card not working

I received my gift card 11/21 and since then I have tried using it online, at the gas station ( pre-paying for gas inside ) as well as other various stores. All have rejected by card. As of this point I have one month left to use my $200 gift card but after contacting the company about the status of my card they claim there is a block on the card and try back in 24hours. I did that with the same result. I attempted to contact someone at xfinity but with their automated system it its almost impossible to get anything resolved. I am certain my response to this will be to direct me to another automated system that will be another dead end. I just want to resolve this issue and get the $200 that was promised me when signing up for service thru xfinity.

I appreciate you doing everything on your end to getting this gift card to work/replaced. Don't worry about the card expiring, @user_cbe8c7. You're definitely in the right place to getting this taken cared of. We most likely will need to have the card replaced by our Rewards team.

Hello, I tried but your name did not come up. Do you need to be online in order for me to send you a message? 

Side note, I called the number on the card again this morning and it still states that there is a hold on the card. 17 days later!

Your card will come with a sticker on the front of the card with activation instructions. If you do not see this sticker you can check the back of the card for a contact phone number, and you can reach out to Visa to activate your card.

Same here.  My card keeps getting declined for online purchases as well as in person shopping.  I have activated it.  Online shows a balance of $100..  Xfinity is sending me a new card (7-10 days).  I'll update if this fixes the problem.
