Visa Debit card expired - never been used

I received a VISA debit card with xfinity mobile sign up and attempted to use it about a year ago - went to use it again today and noticed its expired now - man that was quick.  How can I get this resolved?

@XfinityBrandon​ That is ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!  The number is an automated phone system that makes me want to punch puppies! When they finally do answer - I think they live in a cave in some foreign land and don't understand most of what I am asking.   And the texting is even worse.  I obviously came here for real assistance.....

My first suggestion is for you to speak with the card issuer, Visa, and let them know the card is expired, and request a replacement. Let me know what the outcome was.

@XfinityBrandon​ Strike 2 Brandon!   Already tried that.    What is the point of this forum if you keep referring me to call other places?

This will give you an empty "To" line. Type in "Xfinity Support" and then select Xfinity Support from the list.

@user_374d7d​ The first time you tried to use the card was it successful? [you used the word "attempted", so it's not clear whether you were able to use it or not.]  If you were able to use the card the first time, and then found out the second time it had expired [they have a six month expiration date] you won't be able to get a new card with the balance.  If you weren't able to use the card the first time you might be able to get a replacement, and if so, remember, there is a six month expiration date which should be shown on the card.
