My Samsung A16 ,says I have 5 viruses, is this real or Scam
If the device has a virus scanner from a reputable company installed and that's what's generating the message, it's probably legitimate.
Otherwise the message is probably from a scammer.

Good afternoon user_zpf31c! I can certainly understand the concern if your phone is displaying a message indicating you have 5 viruses. As @BruceW had mentioned if you do have a Virus Scanner installed or your phone has one built in, it is possible it could be legitimate. I have just a couple questions to help me assist you further. When are you seeing the message indicating the 5 viruses? Is it when you go to a specific site on your phone's internet browser? Are the functions on your phone acting up? Or does it seem to be performing properly?
There have been a few instances on my own device, where I have gotten a similar message. In my case they seem to have just been scam or spam instances, as they would only pop up when I was browsing the internet through the phone's internet browser and once I clicked them away all was okay.
