Since you switched me to Yahoo for my email I have been getting notices that My computer has a virus and it wants me to allow you to fix it. My comcast email still works.

Hello @user_k93i5o, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can certainly understand why those virus notifications would be concerning, especially if they started appearing around the time your email experience changed. Seeing warnings that your computer is infected can be alarming, and it's important to be cautious before clicking on any pop-ups or allowing anyone remote access to your device. In many cases, these types of virus warnings can be misleading pop-ups or scam notifications rather than legitimate alerts. If your Comcast email is still working normally, that would not typically indicate that your device has a virus. If your computer has security software installed, we recommend running a full virus and malware scan to help identify any potential issues. Additionally, if you use an Xfinity Gateway, I have attached an article on How to set up firewalls for Xfinity Gateways.  You can enhance your security, personalize your settings, and more. Please let us know if this helped.
