Virtural Prepaid Mastercard Military $180

I am unable to activate this card; the link errors off. Yet I can go onto the Xfinity site and can pull up the card sent on Feb this year along with a card sent previously that I could not activate. Is this a scam, is Xfinity playing a game, or is there a requirement to obtain a new service needed for this? Regardless, talking with a rep today did not help at all. An idea of what is going on?
