WHY do you waste our time with virtual assistant????? It completely ignores what we type!!!!! Virtual assistant could not help me but when I asked to speak to live person it would not connect me. I am at the point now where I am so ready to be done with xfinity!!!

I want an update on tkt# [Edited: "Personal Information"] regarding my husband's Xfinite email. There have been no emails since March 9th. His email is [Edited: "Personal Information"] Deceased since Jun12/25; I want the account left open for at least one year to catch any emails that may be of importance.

Did I mention how passionately I HATE HATE HATE that stupid, useless bot! Obviously very few reps to develop any sort of useful responses! GET RID OF IT!!!!!

You didn’t know this? It’s impossible to get any satisfaction out of that service. I have been screaming at the top of my head because I ask for a live agent 33 times and they repeatedly run the same script. “What do you have a problem with”. It is so aggravating and they don’t seem to care along with the fact that when you call and actually get a human being they disconnect you if they don’t like that you’re frustrated from chatting 33 times. Today five people hung up on me intentionally because I started the conversation with “I know it’s not your fault but I’m really aggravated. “ and then click they literally hang up on me. I am so done with this [Edited: "Language"] but I can’t get Verizon because they don’t have service in my area. Complaint to the FCC that I am fed up and it just [Edited: "Language"] because there’s nothing we can do about it. !!!!!!
