Virtual Prepaid Mastercard

I received an email saying I have a virtual prepaid Mastercard from Xfinity.  The email came from yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com

And includes the phone number 866-385-8392. 

Is this a legit thing or is it just another [Edited: "Language"] trying to get to my info?

Hello, @user_t2d1f6 thank you for taking time out of your day to reach out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place to get your question answered, and completely understand wanting to confirm if you received a legitimate email. 

 

We do have offers for prepaid cards that could be associated with a promotion, Xfinity Rewards, or for our military service benefits. Our emails should have a Xfinity logo attached to the email that you can see before clicking the link.

Not helpful. The link simply wont work.  I called the number and the only thing they said was try google chrome browser which i did and no results.  This expires in 6 months.  Why are we given a link that wont work?
