Virtual Prepaid Card

Hello I was suppose to get a virtual prepaid card with my wifi plan when I signed up. I was unsure when it would come and only now realized it had been sent previously and I missed the message. When I tired to use the code to activate it, I was told the code expired even though the card itself should still be active. Is there anything I can do to get a new code? Thank you!
