virtual mastercard not recieved

I joined Xfinity on Sep. 5 in special student offer. I was told that i will receive a virtual Mastercard having $300 cashback as a part of the special student offer within 14 weeks of joining (Ultra Fast Internet) through email on the registered mail address. It has been more then 15 weeks and i have still not received any mail. How do i get the MasterCard?

@XfinityAngie​ Thank you for your help. The tracker says that I have hit the mile marker for your $300 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard but, the card has not been issued yet. Any idea when it will be issued?
