Virtual gift card was apparently emailed but I never received it

Hello. The Xfinity incentive tracker site says a virtual gift card was email to my account 10 days ago, but I never received any email. I just my spam/trash folders as well, but no email to be found. Can you please help me here?

user_44d128 We can definitely help you! Once a gift card is processed, it can take up to a few weeks to deliver. I am happy to check the status for you. Please send a direct message with your name and address, thanks!
