Hello @user_9k10j8, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your payment yet, especially since the tracker shows it was sent. Have you checked your spam? Once your prepaid card is ready, the email is sent to the email address associated with your Xfinity account. This email includes a link to the registration website. On this website, you’ll be able to check your balance, download the card to a virtual wallet, or convert it to a physical card.

@XfinityQuemekia​ It shows as sent October 11th nothing in my junk or spam either

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
