user_xory3k Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Did you receive a notification as to why it was canceled? There are times when an interruption of service in the area is resolved, and appointments that were scheduled and are related to the symptoms of the service interruption can be canceled. We try and avoid this as often as we can since it is frustrating to have plans change unexpectedly. Are you still having issues with your service?
