Viewing the balance of my Pre-Paid Mastercard that came with sign-up.
Good Afternoon,
I am having issues viewing the balance on my incentive mastercard that came with signing up with Xfinity. I have access to the url link that will allow me to link the card, but I am unable to view and urls leading to https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/ that is not just the front page of the website. Not sure if there is some other way to view the balance on that card, but I would really like to.
Please let me know if you need other information in order to help me out!

Thanks for meeting us here in our community about your Prepaid Mastercard balance, @fflores1312. We don't have another way to check the balance. You have the correct website to view the balance. Have you cleared cache and cookies and tried again? Or have you tried to check it in a different browser?
