Viewing plans

Why is there no option to view plans and packages unless you are a new customer? 
I read another post and did what you advised. The link didn’t show my personal channels. It only gave me a listing of all the channels available. 
I went on the change my plan and it said I could not ~ I would have to call. 
I would like to see all available plans along side my plan with prices.  I believe this is my right as a customer. 
also, why aren’t we receiving the full MSG credit?
