viewing and updating comcast plans

I went to go look for different plans to see about changing my service and I don't see any options to look at plans.  I have in the past been able to see different plans but it seems no matter what I do the website refuses to show me.  I am not sure if this is intentional or a bug, but I thinks it's strange that I can't view anything, no regular rates or packages etc...

Can someone direct me to place where I can view these things like I have every other time I've looked on the xfinity site?

You can always look at your account and see what is available by going to https://www.xfinity.com/. Once you are signed in please go to the Change Plan tab. Clicking the (Change plan) option will allow you to view the packages you have available to choose from.

@XfinityDanielC  I was first trying to see what options were for my current speed of internet but it doesn't display a list and won't let me move forward in the process.  Typically it would should me different speeds with different combinations other services and prices but it doesn't seem to produce that anymore.  Is there any way to see what I am looking for?

Currently the site is showing a page with a collection of services (not deals, plans, etc..) but won't let me advance past that screen.

We are happy to take a look an share details with you via our Direct Messages. Please send us your full name and complete address in a Direct Message here is how you can send your details:

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter to send it

Nevermind... I was on here because I was dealing with this late at night, but it seems like the only way to get anything done or get answers is to call someone so I just did that instead.  Commenting on here just wasted my time.
