Very unhelpful employee! Taylor st
Taylor st. Houston TX I went in to xfinity, already pretty frustrated with the lack of information with my internet, and the inability to get in touch with anyone over the phone.
so I went in person which is the last thing I want to do. I’ve had issues at this location many years ago when I last had xfinity and things clearly have not changed.
I came back after making an appt but the lack of reassurance or anything was already a factor, I come back and am told the internet is something else than I really needed. Which already is annoying when that’s the only option it gave me online. Caleb at the Taylor location in Houston already was not being helpful and just kept repeating himself like he’s reading a script. It’s obvious I’m getting impatient which isn’t ideal but I was met with instant attitude right off the bat. No reassurance again. No options to give me. I was ready for a refund and TO NOT be there anymore. Clearly these people have ego and don’t care to help these customers. I’m the one paying for the service, and they treat this like another job which I get but with the surrender right off the bat and no way of trying to make anything better or just reassuring me that I’d be taken care of or I don’t have to worry. No, just immediate hostility. I go “what kind of customer service is this” then being met with “what kind of customer are you”
a paying and upset one.. uh duh..
then security steps in, which wasn’t helping.
Caleb just kept saying 1800 xfinity after repeating asking for a specific number after I just said I wasn’t having luck with it.
maybe if you actually stopped being miserable and did the job well, customers wouldn’t be upset. Your job is to HELP customers, no matter how upset they are. At this point I never want to deal with xfinity ever again. Horrible company. Not to mention they are scammy. Cause tell me why they requested an additional $65 and couldn’t proceed without it and then suddenly it disappeared and I still can’t find my modem. Which apparently if you do the plan I got, it won’t even give a tracking number. What is this company? Horrible. Save you the stress please. Caleb should find other work where he isn’t around people if he can’t handle it.
